On-Line Returns & Exchanges We want you to be happy with your order and your experience at DrMagaziner.com. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the item for a refund or on-line store credit which does not expire and is good toward any item at DrMagaziner.com. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing your refund or store credit which is the purchase price and applicable tax but not shipping. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unopened in their original condition and in their original packaging.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges for Items Purchased On-Line Orders processed through the DrMagaziner.com website but returned at the Magaziner Center for Wellness within 30 days of shipment qualify for a refund or in-store credit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing your refund, which is the purchase price and applicable tax, but not shipping. Store credit is offered the same day and is the purchase price and applicable tax but not shipping. Returned items must be unopened in their original condition and in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: a receipt must accompany the item being returned and Packing Slips do not qualify as a receipt.
Shipping Items are processed and readied for shipping within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. Some orders take more time to prepare, such as international shipments. DrMagaziner.com is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. PayPal users please take note: When using your PayPal account, please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. DrMagaziner.com is NOT responsible for items delivered to old addresses that have not been updated.
International Orders Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties/fees/tax. The fee varies depending on the country of destination. We are not able to estimate the fee. If the fee is not paid or refused at the destination the item will be considered forfeit and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Notifications When your item has been shipped, you will receive notification via email. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number. Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination. We therefore strongly urge all customers to carefully consider their shipping option in relation to the final destination. UPS with signature confirmation is strongly recommended for larger, urban areas.
