What are the side effects? I hear all of the good things but no one talks about what could and has gone wrong or the complications. I have a torn meniscus in my Left knee and have several very painful neuromas in my feet and PRP did not help. I also have a subluxation of my 3rd toe of my foot at the MP joint. it pops out. Don't know if stem cell therapy would help. I had previous surgery for a bunion on my R foot and then neuromas developed, after prolotherapy, the 3rd MP joint started dislocating.

I just would like to know if you need a hip replacement, would the stem cell method work just as well? I personally don't like the idea of having a protheses put inside of my hip and also the long recovery period that goes along with it. I'm a very active person! The stem cell method sounds so much better and more natural. How long would it last, and how many follow up treatments do you usually have to have? Would appreciate so much hearing from you on this matter. Thank you, Judie Garcia

I have been saying this since 2003, when I noted at a support group meeting that 8 out 10 people who had a relative with Alzheimer's, reported that person also had diabetes!

My mother had diabetes, hypertension, depression and Alzheimer's was the last diagnosis. In my opinion, the entire process began with obesity and poor nutrition.

Do you also consider that a thyroid issure could contribute to a cardiovascular problem? I have two stents in my heart (Feb. '07) to prevent a heart attack since one of my arteries was 99% blocked and one was 70% blocked...I am on a low dose statin drug-Crestor-5mg, but I don't like taking a statin..also on Atenolol and Norvasc. Thyroid problems run in my family and my hands and feet are always cold, plus I have serious trouble sleeping at night...can you help me?
